Terms and Conditions

Shipments of purchases made through WWW.ROMORS.CL are managed by our sales team for shipments in the Metropolitan Region and with the company Chilexpress for shipments to regions.

Our shipments have coverage within the entire national territory (Chile) and the shipping rate applied is the one detailed in WWW.ROMORS.CL, with variations depending on the destination region.

Purchases made are packaged and shipped the same day or the next day of purchase. Only in the event that the purchase is made during a weekend, will it be entered for shipping the next business day.

Purchases with shipments to regions will have a delivery period of 5 business days maximum from the day of purchase.

Purchases with dispatches in the RM will have a delivery period of 4 business days maximum from the day of purchase.

Shipments will be dispatched to the address indicated by the client in the purchase form, if the client does not receive the dispatch they will have to bear the cost of a new shipment.

Exchange Policies

Changes are only made if the product is unused, with original label and its respective receipt. If the product was dispatched, the shipping costs for exchange are borne by the customer. Romor's does not make money refunds, all these policies are guaranteed by Law No. 19,496

Guarantee Policies:

If the product has any fault, you are entitled to the legal guarantee. All products have 3 months to request product exchange, free repair or money back. You must present your ticket or proof of purchase and the original packaging.
